Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

We want you to love your PoshLumin reusable cleansing sponges. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Returns Eligibility

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused
  • In the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging

For hygiene reasons, used reusable cleansing sponges cannot be returned.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used personal care items (including used cleansing sponges)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it.

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us first for return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
